Control cabinets for submersible pumps with induction motors for the oil industry

The product is designed and in stage of preparing to launch into production.

Control cabinet for submersible pumps with induction motors with squirrel cage for the oil production (hereinafter "Cabinet") is designed to control the operating modes of pumps and matching these modes with the debit of the well.

Technical requirements:

Power supply of the cabinet is a three-phase AC with earthed neutral.

Mains supply voltage 380 V ± 30% at 50 ± 2 Hz.

Submersible electric drive power - up to 680 kW.

The cabinet includes:

 - Main and other circuit breakers, designed to protect circuits against overcurrent and short-circuit

 - The ability to install and operate with TMS:

  • devices for checking the mode of turbine rotation
  • elements of the thermal management system to maintain the operating conditions of installed equipment

 - Terminal blocks and connectors for external auxiliary equipment and communication channels

Model of the stations with direct inclusion of submersible motors.

Cabinet provides:

  • The prohibition to start in case of violation of the phase sequence
  • collection, processing and storage of information about the state of the cabinet’s equipment, motor and operating modes
  • checking the current value of the linear voltage, phase current of submersible motors, leakage currents, pressure on the pump’s input if it operating with TMS with period up to 30 seconds, and instantly during a power failure
  • Storage of the settled parameters and recorded information should be performed on the non-volatile memory.

Cabinet provides the following protections against:

  • overload
  • underload
  • phase current imbalance
  • exceeding the acceptable limits of mains voltage
  • insulation error in system "TMPN (transformer)- submersible motors "
  • reducing the pressure at the pump input if operate with TMC
  • turbine rotation
  • from exceeding the maximum number of starts in a given time
  • voltage imbalance
  • incorrect phase sequence
  • unauthorized open of the cabinet.

ШкафThe cabinet has the following control tools:

  • Buttons "START" and "STOP" – to start and stop the submersible motors in manual mode
  • Switch "HAND / AUTOMATIC" - with the neutral position for mode switching

The following are installed on the control block’s door:

  • the power supply socket for PC or oscilloscope
  • circuit breaker that protects the power supply socket for PC or oscilloscope
  • display elements
  • controls
  • operator panel with cathode luminescent indicator (connected to the master controller)

Nominal values of climatic factors – UXL1 according to GOST 15150 and GOST 15543.1-89.

Cabinet is designed as a double-service metal construction.

Protection class IP43 according to GOST 14254-80.
